Can I return my order?

We do not accept returns on any of our items.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately once you have placed your order this cannot be cancelled.

I have just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

We always try to process and ship items as fast as possible. Orders that contain embroidered clothing will be dispatched within 2 weeks. Orders which do not contain embroidered items are usually dispatched within 5 working days.

When will I receive my order when it is dispatched?

For UK shipping please expect to receive your order within 2-3 days from receiving your dispatch email. For international shipping please expect up to 30 working days from dispatch, although orders usually arrive a lot sooner.

Can I request a personalised design or quote for embroidery?

We love to hear your ideas, and we will try our hardest to make your vision come to light. So please if you have a query please do get in touch!

 

What are the care instructions for your clothing?

Delicate machine wash at 30 degrees. Wash with similar colours. Iron with a low heat, Item can be steamed. Do not tumble dry.
